Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day delivery of PHEI programmes. This role will involve coordinating outreach activities, liaising with community partners, supporting volunteers, and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact.
This is a contractual role, suitable for a graduate with strong organisational and communication skills who is eager to contribute to meaningful public health work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of PHEI programmes.
- Oversee volunteer activities and provide guidance to ensure smooth delivery of outreach projects.
- Liaise with SMEs, community groups, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
- Track project outcomes, prepare reports, and support programme evaluation.
- Assist with organising community events, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day logistics, ensuring programmes run effectively and within scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Community Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in programme coordination, public health, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with digital project tools is a plus.
Contract Details
Type: Contract (duration to be agreed at appointment).
Hours: Full time (some flexibility required for outreach and events).
Location: On-site/community-based with occasional flexibility.
Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience).
